Newark Protected Bike Lane Experiment Includes Scores of Volunteers and Extensive Press Coverage

Scores of volunteers came out on Tuesday to help the City of Newark and DelDOT conduct an experiment for what – if it’s constructed – would be Delaware’s first protected bike lane.
